Happy New Year!
We start off the new year learning about the relationship between the Earth, the Sun, and the Moon.
The children took turns to be “the Earth” that orbits around the sun. We learned that the Earth’s orbital path is not a perfect circle but an ellipse.
The children took turns to be the Earth and the moon, that while the Earth orbits around the sun, the moon orbits around the Earth. 
We learned about the days in the week, months in the year and many more. What a fun way to start the new year!
